Noteworthy Experience

My career has never fit neatly into a traditional résumé—and that's by design. For more than a decade, working a minimum of three jobs, I've successfully balanced multiple roles across operations, executive support, hospitality, sales, marketing, recruiting, training, event management, and nonprofit leadership. Working across industries has strengthened my ability to quickly assess challenges, prioritize and organize effectively, and execute.

Transforming Struggling Businesses

My approach combines hands-on leadership with practical business strategy. One of my most significant accomplishments was partnering with new owners of a struggling restaurant and bar that was operating at a substantial loss. Through a complete operational overhaul—including staff development, inventory and pricing optimization, vendor negotiations, process improvements, and targeted marketing—we reduced the owners' monthly out-of-pocket losses from approximately $25,000 to less than $4,000 within one year.

Growing Revenue Through Hospitality Leadership

In hospitality, I have consistently delivered measurable revenue growth. At Gilda's Italian, I transformed Monday happy hour into a destination experience, increasing sales by approximately $1,000 per night within six months and later helping grow revenue to $2,000–$3,000 per night through strategic marketing and guest engagement. At Timbers & Thorn, I helped increase nightly sales from approximately $4,000 to $6,000–$7,000 while supporting every front-of-house role, assisting back-of-house operations, and managing high-volume events and VIP experiences.

Building Lasting Client Partnerships

As the top sales representative for El Carro, a Spanish automotive publication, for more than three years, I built lasting client relationships through a strong understanding of the Latino community, consultative sales, and creative marketing strategies.

Leading Complex Corporate Operations

My corporate background includes executive, administrative, and operational leadership with global organizations. At Robert Half, I was promoted from Marketing Administrator to Executive Assistant within two months after only three days of training. I supported one of the company's largest offices, managing administrative operations for an 11-person team while supporting six directors and two vice presidents across multiple business divisions. During more than three cumulative years with Microsoft, I supported international teams in a fast-paced, highly complex environment, strengthening my expertise in executive support, cross-cultural communication, and organizational management.

Creating Effective Training Systems

As the National Trainer for Total Living Choices, I independently mastered the company's Carefinder database and entirely revised the national training manual, establishing standardized documentation and enhancing the onboarding experience for future users.

Managing High-End Homes & Estates

As a Personal Assistant and House Manager, I have successfully managed million-dollar homes, ensuring the highest standards of care for both children and fur babies. My responsibilities have included overseeing contractors and conducting thorough research to identify companies that offer the best value for services. I have effectively managed estates, created detailed catalogs of valuable relics, and facilitated the sale of endangered wood species to high-profile buyers globally. Additionally, I coordinate the sale of various items and organize donations by identifying the most suitable organizations, creating comprehensive spreadsheets, proper valuations, and providing necessary donation tax write-off documentation.  This is in addition to standard tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and errands.

Short-Term Rental Management

I co-managed four Airbnb properties during the COVID-19 pandemic, which experienced an unexpectedly high level of activity.

Nonprofit Leadership & Community Impact

Beyond my professional work, I am deeply committed to community service and nonprofit leadership. Previously, as the Board Secretary and Business Partnerships & Fundraising Manager for Milk Crate Kitchen, I have supported operations, volunteer coordination, event planning, partnership development, communications, fundraising, and community outreach. I have also organized successful grassroots fundraising initiatives benefiting the American Cancer Society, the Humane Society, and a wildlife conservation organization in Costa Rica.

Whether supporting executives, optimizing business operations, growing revenue, leading teams, managing events, or building community partnerships, I am known for bringing initiative, adaptability, strong communication, and a results-oriented mindset to every project. Clients value my ability to quickly assess challenges, create practical solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes.
